*Following is a brief summary of the job responsibilities

The position-holder will be responsible for

1.Credit Appraisal of loan applications within defined guidelines and
accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher
authorities

2.Assessing creditworthiness of the potential client by studying
requisite financial history

3.Underwriting and making proposals of cases with desired level of quality

4.Ensuring systematic verification processes and coordinating with
verification agencies

5.Finalization of terms and conditions of the proposal in consultation
with Relationship Managers

6.Timely processing of the proposals to ensure the Best in class TAT.

7.Ensuring adherence to the credit policy, internal policy, RBI
guidelines and other guidelines.

8.Monitoring delinquencies regularly.

*Candidate requirements

1.The candidate must either be a Chartered Accountant (2012/13) OR

2.MBA (finance) with 2-3 years of similar work experience in a Bank or NBFC

3.Good understanding of financials to arrive at a decision on lending
and recoverability of loans granted

4.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
