1 Advance Accounts - reconciliation, adjustments and preparation of schedules on a monthly basis.
2. Doctors Payments: To take care of fixed and variable payments of Doctors.
3. Salary payments: Ensuring payments and reconciliation of employees' salary, reconciliation between payroll and accounts.
4. Advances to employees: Keeping track of all advances to employees and making monthly adjustments.
5. Making entries in Tally and preparing Loan Schedules on a monthly basis.
6. Reconciliation of the Loan accounts.
7. Payment of Salary and reconciliation of statutory liabilities with HR.
8. Ensure regular adjustments are happening from advances inform deviations to CFO on the monthly basis
9. Ensure all corrective entries arising out of BRS are immediately put into the accounting system.

QUALIFICATION: CA
EXPERIENCE: Min. 3 yrs. of relevant experience
SKILLS:
Knowledge of accounts, knowledge of all accounting terms and procedures.
Maintenance and preparation of all the accounts of the Hospital.
