-To do data collection and analysis of the same.
-To do process based audits and submission of report of same.
-To do system review to understand existing process being followed and
compare between -existing and best practises performing test controls,
report gaps and recommend improvement.
-Assesing operating effectiveness of controls thru discussions, data
analytics and system walkthru.
-Analyse root cause and develop action steps for process improvement.
-To prepare MIS for management members for effective decision making.
-To do analysis of data so that meaningful output is generated for
effective decision making.
-To cover relevant points in the future agenda for management meetings.
