a) Statutory Compliance of Excise, Service Tax, Sales Tax & Entry Tax Laws.
b) Maintenance of Statutory Records pertaining to Indirect Taxes
c) Availment of Cenvat Credit on Inputs, Capital Goods, input services
& ITC Credit
d) Timely payment of Taxes & duties related to Excise, Service Tax,
Sales Tax, Entry Tax
e) Timely filing of Excise, Service Tax, Sales Tax & Entry Tax Returns
f) Handling Exports & Export documents, Bonds & Proof of Exports
g) Drafting replies to the Letters / Notices received from Excise,
Service Tax & Sales Tax
h) Attending Excise E.A.2000/CERA Audit / Statutory Audit / Internal Audit
i) Attending Sales Tax & Entry Tax Assessments
j) Drafting Reply to Notices, Demand, Filing Appeals, Stay Petitions etc.
k) Attending Personal Hearing in the matter of Indirect Taxes
i) Liasoning with Corporate Taxation in the matter of Indirect Taxes
j) Liasoning with Local Sales Tax Consultants / Counsels in the matter
of Indirect Tax

Experience--- 6 - 10 Years
UG - B.Com - Commerce
PG - CA
Salary :- 6,50,000 - 8,50,000 P.A
