There is a opening for Company Secretary in a closed held Public Limited
Company in Chennai to handle the secretarial matters of the Company.

The Candidate would have exposure to finance and accounts also. The Company
is in the process of execution of a Power project, so the candidate would
be exposed to project finance also.

We are looking for a candidate preferably fresher Company Secretary well
versed with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and good drafting,
