Job Summary
The account manager will be responsible for holding the following
responsibilities.

Understand business needs, long term vision, challenges of the
allocated Sub-Area/ Service Line, think strategically and work closely
with the Business relationship leaders in implementing the key
priorities
Lead the solution development efforts that best address customer
needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company
personnel.
Should be able to work with and provide support to Business
Relationship Leaders in drafting the business specific agenda,
customer / account management workshop planning, following up post
workshop activities
Required to build and manage a customer relationship matrix on
behalf of the Business relationship leaders. Document key discussion
points, action items and manage relationship scores for the specific
customer group
Responsible for managing and leading Business relationship
leaders' specific reports / status updates / customer specific
priorities and provide updates to the relevant stakeholders on monthly
basis

Client Responsibilities:-
Interact with customers to reach agreement on the project scope,
time and cost
Co-ordinate and liaise with Global counterparts for deployment
Timely updates of the project status to all relevant stakeholders
Timely escalation of risks to all stakeholders and derive an
agreeable mitigation plan

People Responsibilities:-
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel
in assigned customer accounts
Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with various functions
Build good relationship with functional leaders and stakeholders
Good understanding of the organization structure

Skills Requirements
„Graduate / Post Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in Account
Management and total 15 years plus experince
„Experience in project management – where this has involved
managing the deliverables of others and monitoring the overall status
of a project, and its associated work streams.
„Experience of working with virtual teams – preferably with others
from overseas locations.
„Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to
establish credibility and present information effectively, both
orally, and in writing with senior stakeholders.
