Motilal Oswal Private Equity Advisors Private Ltd (MOPE) is in the
business of managing and advising funds in the Growth Capital as well
as the Real Estate space.



We are looking for talented Industrial Trainees in MOPE who aspire to
build their career in Private Equity and Real Estate investing.

Designation : Industrial Trainee

Education : Graduate - Any Specialization, CA Inter cleared, **only
rank holders should apply**

Stipend : 10,000/- pm

The incumbent will assist the Senior Management in evaluating
investment opportunities and monitoring of Portfolio companies in the
Private Equity and Real Estate space. This would involve analysis and
preliminary evaluation of deals, financial modeling, preparation of
deal notes and monitoring of existing portfolio companies. You will
get to learn the nuances of Private Equity/ Real Estate investment
space and exposure to the entire gamut of activities from Investment
to Exit. You will also get an opportunity to be considered for final
placement based on merit.

Major responsibilities :
Evaluation of deals: market study, industry/ geography/ micro market analysis

Financial Modeling

Preparation of cashflows, Budgets, Deal Notes, Pitchbooks

Monitoring of existing portfolio companies: Cashflows Analysis, Budget
V/s Actuals, Management Reporting



Job Competencies :
Basic Accounting and Finance Concepts, Analytical Ability, Valuation Techniques
