1. Identification of changes in Law/Procedures & execution of such
changes in the softwares.
2. Preparation of document so that changes can be implemented by the
development team
3. Verification of the changes implemented by the development team
whether they are as per, mentioned in the change document
4. Providing the sample cases to the testing team so that they can do
the functional testing
5. Provide the training to the training team so that they can further
share the knowledge to the sales team and channel network
6. Handling of the support tickets in the case of special requirement
in the peak season
7. Handling of support ticket if they can not handled by the support
team due to ticket needs expert subject knowledge
