How to Become a Member--
Student Associate---

Open to undergraduate students enrolled in at least nine semester
hours (or equivalent*), or graduate students enrolled in at least six
semester hours (or equivalent*) in an accredited college or
university.

*The following organizations are recognized as equivalent
college/university qualifying bodies:

Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Association of International Accountants (AIA)

Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA)

Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)

Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI)

Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS)

Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

Institute of Internal Auditors India

Institute of Cost Accountants of India

Institute of Company Secretaries of India

Institute of Public Auditors of India

Certified Information Systems Auditors

Get Certified---
The cost to take the CFE Exam is US $300. If you have purchased the
CFE Exam Prep Course, you will receive a US $100 credit on the cost of
the CFE Exam fee, reducing the CFE Exam fee to US $200.

-The CFE Exam is a Windows-based program that tests your knowledge and
expertise in the four primary areas of fraud examination: Fraudulent
Financial Transactions, Legal Elements of Fraud, Investigation
Methods, and Fraud Prevention and Deterrence.

You will officially become a CFE once your exam and credentials are
approved by the certification committee. Those who have attained the
CFE credential will be invoiced at the CFE dues rate upon annual
membership renewal.
